@Ask_Spectrum Been on the phone over 45 min with your support team to activate a modem following a move. The first person was completely confused and then transferred me to a sales number who tried to sell me wireless. I'm on hold again and all I want to do is activate my modem.

@Ask_Spectrum Too late. Already signed up with Wow, who is half the price with faster speeds. Probably should talk to your customer care team about manners and adjust your rates to be more appropriate. Also existing customers ARE just as important as new customers. Just FYI.
