  @Ask_Spectrum Its a daily episode of Internet outage and spectrum makes it impossible to open a ticket. I’m not at all happy with the service and wish I could change my provider. Not very WFH friendly.

  As an end to this thread. After my experiences with @Ask_Spectrum and @CenturyLink in 2014 that you two are The. Worst. ISPs. In. America. I'm switching the second I find something stable nearby.

  @Ask_Spectrum Hey the local EAS messages on cable are IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND. I’m hearing every other word. It DOES NOT WORK and it’s also interrupting important information from LOCAL MEDIA stations! PLEASE FIX THIS!

  @Ask_Spectrum Too late. Already signed up with Wow, who is half the price with faster speeds. Probably should talk to your customer care team about manners and adjust your rates to be more appropriate. Also existing customers ARE just as important as new customers. Just FYI.
