Reliability

I really like the efficiency and reliability of FEDEX. It's definitely a whole lot more faster than other carriers especially including snail mail. What I wish I would've known sooner is that fact that FEDEX shipments are more based off of what you have listed in your FEDEX.com online account at FedEx®'s Delivery Manager versus the address you would want item to be shipped TO. This has happened to me several times in the past. Other than that, I say FEDEX needs very few improvements compared to the post office.

Punctuality & SpeedStaff

I had ordered a product from DX Engineering in the United States on January 14, 2024. I was told that it was to arrive on January 18, 2024. Federal Express, true to their word, made the delivery early on January 18, 2024. I found the following to be excellent: The packaging was in mint condition and was delivered to my back door of my home like I had specified. This is what I call excellent Service. Thank You, FedEX for the excellent, fast and professional service which You have provided. Your delivery driver deserves recognition for a job very well done.

I needed to print a banner for our humanitarian club. They did an amazing job. Thank you Pete, the impeccable manager of our FedEx, in one hour we had the best top stuff. The competition offered to do it in weeks. They also had some more stuff for the small banner to stand. Bravo Pete. And Thank you.

Honestly, I had zero hopes the product I had sent that was damaged en route would be refunded by FedEx. They're a huge corporation and I'm the little guy; BUT, they DID refund me! I am so grateful for this because the amount I lost via damage was huge for me; but, not so huge for FedEx. So, I humbly thank you FedEx!!!

The FedEx driver evaluated an ID presented to them as fake and refused to give the packages to the criminal who had my name and address on an ID on their phone. This took place a one street away from my address while the driver was making other deliveries. Then the criminal waited at my address. The driver saw him and decided not to attempt delivery. I was able to call the customer service who connected me to the warehouse. I brought them multiple forms of ID. It is clear that someone in the Verizon company is stealing personal information and package tracking numbers in order to STEAL. If they aren't in Verizon, then Verizon has a major hack going on. I really appreciate the astute driver for their actions and the warehouse manager who took care to verify my identity.

Worst service ever!!!! I sent a package from America to Bulgaria and paid 140 usd. Was supposed to arrive in three days and they are saying 2 weeks!!!! Are you kidding me???? Never again!!!! Worst service ever!

Customer Service

FedEx is the worst shipping company. I was expecting a package. Talk to customer service and they kept brushing me off. Drivers lied. Stated they made a attempt to deliver, I sat at home waiting for my package.

Price

Absolutely horrible company. Anytime someone tells me they are shipping FedEx, I literally beg for them to use ANY OTHER shipping company. Anytime I get a box in, it is completely destroyed. I desperately needed an item that I ordered for delivery yesterday. Per usual, they SAID they attempted delivery when we were clearly there as they have done many times. They hate their customers and they're more expensive. Disgusting. I don't know why anyone uses them anymore.

FEDEX is the worst ever! Inconsiderate ever! Quick to take your money, but makes it hard to get your funds back especially if they didn't as promised. No supervisor. No person to help. Only to give you a runaround. Disgusted!

FedEx used to set the high standard. Not anymore. Amazon is King, letting you know exactly where your package is and when to expect it. FedEx just keeps moving the timeline along based on what works for them. For example, I had a package expected to arrive today by 2:30pm. Now the status was inconveniently changed to "end of day". This is the 3rd delivery in a row that FedEx played this game. I want to be home when the package is supposed to arrive to avoid package theft. Get your act together FedEx, or someone else will come along and dethrone you.
