Deaths HELEN E.S. RUXTON Mrs. Helen E. Smith Ruxton, 80, of 1508 East Stanford, died at 11 p.m. Friday in Kimbrough Nursing Home after a four -year illness.

A resident here most of her life, she was a member of First and Calvary Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her husband, Robert Marionville; a daughter, Mrs. Jean Morton, 1508 East Stanford; a son, Richard Smith, St. Louis; two sisters, Mrs. W.

B. Bell, Springfield, and Mrs. Mary Elgin, Burbank, and two grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Klingner Chapel with the Rev.

Curtis March officiating. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery. MRS. VIRGINIA T. BENNETT Services for Mrs.

Virginia Turner Bennett, 61, Independence, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in George C. Carson and Sons Chapel, Independence, with burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery there. Mrs.

Bennett died Friday morning in an Independence hospital after a long illness. The widow of Howard F. Bennett, who died in February, she grew up in Springfield and was graduated from Drury College. Mrs. Bennett was a member of the First Christian Church, Independence, and the Independence Service League, Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.

Marty Lawrence, Lawrence, and Mrs. Mike Johnston. Summit, N.J.: a son. Dave, of Kansas City, and four grandchildren. MRS.

ONA ALMA DIXON Mrs. Ona Alma Dixon, 88, of 1606 North Rogers died in Cox Medical Center at 11:10 a.m. Saturday after a long illness. Mrs. Dixon, a native of Polk County, moved to Springfield in 1924.

She was a member of the Dale Street Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Lee, of 1523 North Willard and James of 923 North Oak Grove: a daughter, Mrs. Paul Stow, Strafford; nine grandchildren, and 13 greatgrandchildren. Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in the Ralph Thieme Chapel with the Rev.

Capt. Price was killed at 1 a.m. Monday in a one-car accident at Graffenwehr, Germany, where he was stationed with the U. S. Army.

THOMAS D. DOBBS GROVE Thomas D. Dobbs, 78, died at 4:30 p.m. Friday in the Mountain Grove Nursing Home after a long illness. A retired farmer, he moved here 10 years ago from Douglas County.

Mr. Dobbs is survived by his wife, Emma; two daughters, Mrs. Freda Tate, Mountain Grove, and Mrs. Faye Gann, Galena; one foster son, Kenneth Hammons, Buffalo, lowa; five grandchildren and four great Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Stapp Chapel here, with burial in the New Hope Cemetery.

Boone. Mrs. Boone was a native of Gamaliel, and moved here in 1948. She had also lived several years at Gainesville. She was a member of the First Christian Church here, the Eastern Star, Psi Psi Psi, and the Modern Seekers.

Besides her husband, survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Mary Ann Heard, Ozark; four sisters, Miss Edna, Newberry and Mrs. Aliene Melton, both of Chickasha, Miss Elsie Newberry, Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Lucille Malone, Mountain View; four brothers, C.H., of Hollister, Cleon and Hubert, both of Chickasha, and D.F., of Houston, and two grandchildren.
