Thurs May 30, 2024: Alexis tells her daughters Ava reported her, Michael tries talking Drew out of running, and Joss tells Sonny that Dex kept him from being arrested.
Wednesday’s GH recap: Ava unleashed anger at Nina for going back on her word, Alexis warned Ava she would pay, and Finn apologized to Liz.
Sonny is jogging in the park when Joss runs by.
They lock eyes.
She tries to avoid him but he prompts her to say what she’s got to say.
She reminds him they used to be honest with each other but he’s changed.
They bicker about what he did to Dex and she tells him he’s lucked out because her ex isn’t pressing charges for his kids’ sakes.
Joss tells him that Michael stepped in and urged Dex not to press charges.
She thinks he should think about Dex having the grace to spare him.
At the gatehouse, Willow wonders why Drew isn’t more excited about the possibility of running for Congress.
He admits it’s a rush but wonders why she thinks he can do this
. She reminds him that he risked his life for her and cares about people.
Michael arrives and Drew explains that McConkey suggested that he run for his seat.
Michael thinks that’s amazing but had no idea he was interested in politics.
Drew points out there could be implications for Aurora.
Michael thinks it could be dicey when they are moving into the wellness division. Curtis has almost no corporate experience.
Michael points out that McConkey was barely holding onto his seat, Drew would be entering the race late, and his past could be a problem.
This could undermine Aurora’s recovery.
He thinks she has more to lose than win. Willow disagrees.
She thinks that McConkey recognized Drew’s desire to serve the people with his strong character.
She thinks contributing to a functional government is worth some sacrifices. They are convinced.
At Bobbie’s, Molly asks Dante about the wedding.
He’s vague so they talk about the baby.
Bruised Dex shuffles in and the lawyer takes off.
Dex and Sonny get a table and the cop is surprised that he’s not filing charges.
Dex can’t put Kristina through a trial.
Besides that, Sonny wouldn’t get much of a sentence, would run his organization behind bars, and have him knocked off.
Dante admits his father told him what happened
He’s tried to talk him down and deter him but he’s flouting the law and acting untouchable.
He feels like he’s misjudged his father like he’s misjudged Dex.
Dante admires him for trying to turn his life around.
Dex wishes he’d never been tangled up with Sonny and wants to be worthy of his badge.
The detective appreciates him and is grateful he didn’t press charges.

Molly bumps into Blaze outside and asks after her sister.
Blaze says she’s gone to see Alexis and suggests they all hang out soon.
Molly thinks they should all talk about what happened at the wedding.
Blaze says Kristina is fragile but doing better before realizing Molly is in the dark.
Reluctantly, Blaze explains that Kristina witnessed her father attacking Dex.
Molly just saw his face and can guess why her sister is upset.
Molly runs off.
As Blaze jogs, she runs into Joss.
They talk about the mess around Kristina and Blaze thanks her for the warnings about Sonny.
At first, she thought she was out of line, but she was right.
Part of Joss wishes Kristina could keep her illusions about Sonny.
At Alexis’, Sam and Kristina worry about how their mom has been coping with losing Gregory.
Sam says they need to remember their mom can be stronger than they give her credit for.
She brings up how loyal Kristina is to the people she loves and suggests she will do the right thing, even if it comes at a cost to Sonny.
Kristina guesses she’s talking about what happened at the wedding.
She tells her that Dex isn’t pressing charges.
Sam wonders how she feels about all of this.
Kristina says Sonny will have to face himself and that she knows what he did.
Alexis arrives and claims she’s okay.
Molly joins them and their mom says she knew that Gregory’s death was coming but it was still hard.
She then explains the appeals hearing and how Neil’s brother has a vendetta against her.
She’s preparing herself for a ruling against her.
Molly is proud of her for standing up for herself.
Alexis announces that Ava is the one who turned her in for perjury.
The sisters rant about this and tell their mom how proud they are of her.
Kristina gets a text from Dante and has to go.
Sam offers to drive her and they leave together.
Alexis notices something is up with Molly and assures her she won’t start drinking.
Molly has other things on her mind.
They talk about Kristina and Molly explains she witnessed Sonny assaulting Dex.
Her sister didn’t even call her and she worries she never would have heard about it.
She doesn’t know if talking to her sister about this will make things worse or if telling TJ about it will set him off.
Her mom calms her down and reminds her she needs to keep her sister calm.
She can’t rile her up.
Molly declares that as soon as this baby comes, she will keep Kristina and her drama far away.
Alexis looks worried.
Kristina joins Dante at Bobbie’s and they discuss what happened at the wedding.
She says she will never able to forget the image of Dex being attacked.
Now she’s all over the place.
She knows her dad has flaws but didn’t think he directly hurt people.
It was so ugly.
Dante says that when their father shot him, it was cold and unemotional.
He admits he lied about it being an accident.
Even before he knew Sonny was his dad, he fell in love with his family and didn’t want to take him away from them.
It was hard for him to grow up without a father.
Finding out he had one was a gift he wasn’t going to give back.
Kristina knows Dex is keeping quiet because of her.
She’s scared she’s making things worse.
Sonny finds Dex sitting in the park.
Dex is defensive but Sonny assures him he’s unarmed and alone.
He heard he opted to keep what happened from the cops.
Dex says he did it to help Kristina.
His old boss appreciates that and says this means it’s over.
He doesn’t want a grudge. He’s not worth his energy.
“You’re nothing to me now. For your sake, keep it that way,” warns Sonny.
Maxie arrives at home as Spinelli explains cookies to Felicia and the children as he cleans their browser.
The kids tell their mom how great it is to have him around and wish he would move back in.
Felicia calls the kids outside to find treats.
Maxie tells Spinelli she’s grateful for a moment to talk.
She’s missed having him there and would love him to move back in.
Kicking him out was overreacting.
Spinelli can’t believe he’s saying it but he has to decline.
He loves her and wants them to be a couple.
She admits she’s not ready to share a bedroom yet.
She wants to be a couple eventually. He could live in the guest room.
Spinelli says he can wait as long as needed.
Nothing would delight him more than being with his family.
As they kiss, the kids return with ice cream and the parents announce he’s moving back in.
